Cannelloni with meat and rice

                               

ingredients:
18 cannelloni
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes
1 bay leaf
1/2 kg. ground beef
1/2 cup of rice
1 cup milk
2 bunches of spinach
1 clove of garlic
2 eggs
1/2 cup grated Manchego cheese
1/2 liter of cream
1/2 can of tomato puree
salt and pepper to taste


procedure:

Gives a slight cooking cannelloni. They should be somewhat firm so that they can fill and finish baking in the oven.

Place in a pan, a little oil. Add the chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, bay leaf and ground beef; salpimenta, mix well and cook a few minutes.

Cook rice in milk with salt, while you put the spinach in boiling salted water, when it is cooked, remove from heat and strain the mixture.

Chop the spinach and fry in a little oil with the garlic, then incorporates ground beef with cooked rice. Add lightly beaten eggs and half the grated cheese. Rectify seasoning.

With this mixture, fill the cannelloni and place in a baking dish. Top with a little cream with tomato puree and the rest of manchego cheese. Leave in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
