Peach Cupcakes

                                           

Ingredients.

300 gr. unsalted butter
300 gr. sugar
5 eggs
1/2 kg. flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cup peach yogurt
2 ripe peaches, diced
2 ripe peaches, sliced
whipped cream


Preparation:

Acrema the butter with the mixer. Incopora sugar and continue beating until blended well. Add eggs one at a time, beating between each other about 3 minutes. Add peach yoghurt and continue beating. Next, add the flour sifted with baking powder. Cut three peaches into small pieces and add them to the preparation. Mix well.

Fill with the mixture two-thirds of the papers for cupcakes and place them in the baking pan. Leave in the oven at 180 ° for 25 minutes or until fully cooked.

Let it cool and decorate with whipped cream and peach slices.
