Ingredients:
1 kg of cleaned shrimp
2 guajillo chilies clean
5 chiles de arbol
5 green serrano chiles
300 gr. tomato puree
1 medium onion
1/2 head of garlic
1 stick butter
salt to taste
Procedure:
Boil all the peppers in a pan and once cooked, muélelos along with the tomato puree. Strain and reserve the sauce obtained.
Besides, fire makes a pot of water and half an onion. When the water is boiling, add the shrimp until it starts boiling again, when this happens take the shrimp and set aside.
Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and remaining onion and fry in a pan with butter.
Add shrimp slowly, then add the sauce and season to taste.
