Chicken skewers with chipotle and cilantro


Ingredients:

1/4 cup olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 tablespoons tomato paste
Two broth cube crumbled Chipotle flavor
1 tablespoon sugar
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 lb.. chicken breast without skin or bone into strips


Procedures:

Grind the first six ingredients in a blender or food processor. Add the cilantro. Combine a tablespoon of this mixture with the mayonnaise. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Thread the chicken into eight skewers, place them in a baking dish and úntalas with the rest of the olive oil mixture. And marine cover them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Asa the skewers on the grill or grill for six minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning once. Serve with mayonnaise sauce.
