Chilaquiles in Chipotle Sauce

                         

ingredients:

18 corn tortillas cut into triangles
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 cube of Knorr Chicken flavor Bouillon
2 sausages into pieces
1 Knorr Onion MiniCubes
1 Knorr Garlic MiniCubes
2 Knorr Chipotle MiniCubes
1/3 cup cream
1/4 cup of cottage cheese


procedure:

Heat a little oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Stir in tomatoes and cube of Knorr Chicken flavor Bouillon and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a deep skillet or saucepan and fry the tortillas in batches until golden brown, Drain on paper towels.

Brown the sausage in a small skillet over medium high heat, stirring occasionally.

Remove tomato mixture from heat and stir in the Knorr MiniCubes Onion, Garlic and Chipotle. Add tortilla chips, stirring to coat with the sauce. Let it boil for about one minute or until tortillas are softened slightly.

In a bowl placed in the middle layers of tortillas, then half of sausage, repeat layers.

To serve, add the cream and sprinkle with cheese.
