ingredients:
1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup olive oil
6 cloves garlic, sliced
2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons dried oregano
750 gr. 1 kg. pork steaks
Preparation:
Mix lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and oregano in a resealable plastic bag. Shake the bag until the ingredients are well mixed. Taste the mixture and if you feel that is too acidic, add a little oil. If you feel that you lack acidity, add more lemon.
Place the pork tenderloins in the bag, close it and shake so that the meat is evenly bathe. Marina in the refrigerator for 2-5 hours.
Preheat griddle or grill and oil lightly.
Throw the marinating liquid and cooks steaks 15 to 20 minutes or until they reach desired doneness.
