Mushroom Mini Quiches

Ingredients:
10 slices of sliced ​​bread

1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tablespoon butter
2 cups mushrooms, sliced ​​thin
1/8 teaspoon tarragon
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped parsley


Preparation:

With a sharp knife remove the crust from bread and flatten roll slices, melt butter and brush úntalas on both sides and arrange them into molds of quiche.
