Onion rings

                                 

ingredients:
2 white onions
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
salt and white pepper to taste
1/2 cup vegetable oil


Preparation:

Peel the onions and cut them into slices about half an inch wide. Separate slices rings.

Mix in a bowl the flour, baking powder, eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Whisk until the mixture is smooth.

Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Takes the onion rings one by one and báñalos with the above mixture. Fry in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes on a lightly browned.

Place on paper towels to remove excess fat.
