Steak stuffed
ingredients:
8 beef steaks
1/4 cup white vinegar
3 cloves of garlic
1/4 onion
1 liter of tomato puree
1/2 cup ketchup
2 peppers
8 slices turkey ham
8 turkey sausage
1 chipotle chile
2 tablespoons oil
procedure:
Blend the vinegar, onion, two garlic and pepper, with this navy blend the meat in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes. When the meat is ready, drain and fill with a slice of ham and sausage; closed with toothpicks.
Apart liquefies chili puree with tomato, ketchup and garlic. Saute steaks in a little oil until golden and when a little, add the tomato sauce. Add water if necessary and cook over medium heat until the meat is fully cooked.
Serve with rice or pasta.
