Quinoa burger with grilled pineapple


ingredients:

For hamburgers:
2 cups vegetable broth
1 cup quinoa
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 chopped shallots
1/4 red onion, chopped
1/4 cup of tomatoes (tomatoes) dehydrated, chopped
1 cup cooked black beans
1 clove garlic, minced
A touch of oregano, salt and pepper
1 egg
2/3 cup flour
2 tablespoons olive oil

For the pineapple:
4 slices of pineapple in syrup
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons dried chile de arbol, powder
A touch of pepper

For assembly:
4 wheat hamburger buns
Mayonnaise, to taste
Mustard, to taste
4 lettuce leaves, washed and disinfected
4 slices of tomato (tomato)


procedure:

Boil the quinoa in a pot with the broth over medium heat until it starts to boil. Cover, reduce heat and cook until the quinoa has absorbed all the liquid.

Heat oil in a pan add garlic, onions, shallots and sun-dried tomatoes, saute for a couple of minutes. Roll the beans and cooked quinoa, mix and increases its taste with oregano, salt and pepper.

Pass this mixture to a processor with the egg and flour until well blended.

Form patties using a metal lock ring or a cap of mayonnaise to be the same size. Heat the remaining oil in the same pan and cook the burgers on both sides until they turn golden brown.

Varnish pineapples with canola oil and increases its taste with chili powder and pepper. Cook on the grill until the lines are marked.

Weapon burgers with pineapple and remaining ingredients and enjoy.
