Rosemary chicken breasts.

Ingredients:

4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
4 chicken breasts flattened
4 slices of gouda cheese
4 slices of ham
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
4 cloves of garlic, halved
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 220 ° C. Sharpens rosemary sprigs and put them to soak for at least ten minutes.
Season with salt and pepper the chicken on both sides.
Place a layer of cheese and a slice of ham inside each chicken breast. Roll so that they are tight and secure them with a sprig of rosemary sharp.
In a bowl, mix the wine, chicken broth, oil and pepper. Pour into an ovenproof medium. Place the chicken breasts in it. Place garlic halves under each breast.
Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Remove the chicken from the baking dish and reserve the sauce. Let the chicken rest for five minutes.

Drizzle sauce over chicken to serve.
