Strawberry jelly with nuts and yogurt sauce
Ingredients:
1 box of strawberry gelatin
100 gr. chopped walnuts
1 cup quartered strawberries
1/2 cup dried cranberries
For the sauce:
2 cups unsweetened yogurt
1 can of condensed milk
1/2 bar cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
Procedure:
Follow the manufacturer's instructions to prepare the gelatin.
Apart into a mold lined with plastic placed a bed of strawberries, chopped walnuts and chopped cranberries. Then place half of the gelatin and refrigerate until set.
Poured into a bowl the other half of the gelatin and refrigerate until semicuajada, between 30 and 40 minutes.
Whisk the gelatin semicuajada until foaming. Then pour over the first jelly curd and refrigerate again until set completely.
In blender grind condensed milk, yogurt, cream cheese and vanilla.
Serve jelly with yogurt sauce.
