Savory Lemon Chicken

Here's a tasty, quick-cooking skillet dish that features sautéed chicken breasts in a brightly flavored lemon sauce.  Give it a try...you're gonna love it!

What You'll Need

Vegetable cooking spray
1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular, 98% Fat Free or Healthy Request®)
tablespoons water
tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup chopped green or red pepper
lemon slices

How to Make It

  • 1
Spray a 10-inch skillet with the cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute.  Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides.  Remove the chicken from the skillet.
  • 2
Stir the soup, water, parsley, lemon juice, paprika and pepper in the skillet and heat to a boil.  Return the chicken to the skillet.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.  Top the chicken with the lemon slices.
