Cheese skewers and chipotle raspberry sauce


Ingredients:

400 gr. Manchego cheese
1 package of won ton sheets
1 egg
bamboo sticks
For the sauce:
1 tablespoon butter
Finely chopped onion ¼
1 cup raspberries
½ cup raspberry jam
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons sherry

C / s chipotle chili marinade (C / s = enough)



Procedure:

Cut cheese into sticks and covers each serving with won ton sheet, paste the edges with beaten egg and introduces a toothpick to close well. Fry in hot oil until golden.

In a pan fry the onion in butter until soft and transparent. Add the jam, then the raspberries and cook until the fruit disintegrates. Add the chipotle, sugar and sherry low flame until it thickens slightly.

Serve the skewers accompanied by the sauce.
