Ingredients:
8 turkey sausage
250 gr. Manchego cheese into sticks
8 strips of bacon
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
Preparation:
Make a cut along each sausage without reaching the end. Fill each sausage with a stick of cheese and roll up with bacon.
In a saucepan, place the sausages for the cold bacon in its own fat.
When ready, mix the vinegar with honey, add it to the sausage and serve.
